Parsa 99 is a Farsi Solution for Windows 98 Arabic Edition and Microsoft Office 97 Arabic Edition. Parsa 99 enables Farsi features in Windows and MS Office by patching some of the system files. Patching is done so that it has no effect on the performance and functionality of the system what so ever. Parsa will also add some Farsi fonts to the system when installed.
